We currently are looking for a very experienced Oracle Contract recruiter and an Oracle ‘Hands On’ Consultant  to head the UK market.

We have 16 Joint Venture offices globally now, with each region / country office head having a ‘Class A’ shareholding, sitting on the board and having an equal say in how the business in their region is operated.

Up until now the senior partners have run the UK business but we are now looking for a ‘heavy hitter’ to ‘pick up and run’ with the UK Oracle business as the senior partners are becoming more involved strategically running the global businesses with the region / country office head’s and enhancing the value of the business in parts and as a whole.

We are offering genuine “sweat equity” with a significant and equal shareholding up for grabs, with the two main global heads as well as an ‘employee remuneration package’.

We have a global infrastructure and brand, and our model has meant that we are on most of the major client PSL’s globally.

This is a genuine opportunity to become a stakeholder in a global  business, with all the resources and support you would expect.

Our ten year plan is to sell the global business which could result in significant wealth for all the JV (Joint Venture) shareholders.

A lot of people that start recruitment businesses, are often extremely successful but the businesses themselves are not attractive for potential buyers.  These owners concentrate on the start-up journey and how they will build income for themselves, and not on developing a business model that is ‘saleable’.

On the journey to a successful exit, in the first instance we use the network of 16+ JV companies, suppliers of services and clients  that extend internationally across business sectors to drive income for each other.

Our operational and financial specialists help optimise the region / country business’s efficiency to reduce costs and enhance margins. The 16+ JV’s and common brand means each can leverage shared resources to create synergies that exponentially increase profitability.

We are already working with a well known organisation that has taken more than 20 companies to a profitable sales strategy.
