Mark Jermolenko
Mark has 5 years of experience in the implementation and support of Oracle Applications and associated database and middleware technologies. Mark has been project managing information technology implementation projects for 7 years including the implementation of Oracle 11i Applications (Financials and HR). He also spent two years managing the support of Oracle 11i including a team of Application Analysts, Developers and DBAs. More recently, Mark has managed the implementation of the Oracle Portal, B2B and a SOA proof of concept project.
Mark’s focus is Project Management and the management of emerging Oracle technologies. Mark has a Masters in Project Management , Masters of Business Administration and is a certified Project Manager in Prince II and with the Australian Institute of PM as well as a Certified Practising Accountant.

A: Getting over the political obstacles
What has been the most satisfying project you have worked on and why?
A: The SOA Proof of Concept - Web Services and BPEL has a huge potential to improve processes in most organisations

A: Michael Baggott from Dataweave. His professionalism and knowledge of the Oracle Technology products has help me deliver some significant solutions
What do you see happening in Oracle Apps as we move towards “Fusion”?
A: The increased reuse of technologies and the convergence of solutions

A: SOA, Middleware and web services
